Corina joined the care sector in 2017 as a carer and quickly progressed to become an integral part of our office team. As the Business Manager & Deputy Registered Manager, she is the primary point of contact for most of our clients. Corina conducts pre-assessments during home visits, manages our live-in care clients, and ensures every client receives personalized, high-quality care. Her dedication, expertise, and compassionate approach make her an essential part of the Harino Care Ltd team.

Mike has been the CQC Registered Manager at Harino Care Ltd. since 2021. With extensive experience in the care sector, he oversees all aspects of healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Mike is the team’s problem-solving expert, stepping in to handle complex situations when no one else can. His dedication, expertise, and leadership provide invaluable support to the team, ensuring that clients and their families receive the best care possible.

Octaviu has been a valued member of Harino Care Ltd. since 2018. Starting his journey as a carer, he quickly demonstrated his dedication and skill, which earned him a promotion to the office team. As a Rota Coordinator and Fleet Manager, Octavia plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations. He oversees the scheduling of care services, always finding the best solutions for both clients and carers, thanks to his hands-on experience in the field. A significant part of Octaviu's responsibilities involves managing the company’s fleet of 30 vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operating efficiently. Known for his reliability and willingness to help, Octaviu never says no to a request for assistance. His efficiency, problem-solving skills, and approachable nature make him an indispensable part of the team at Harino Care Ltd.

Paula has been a dedicated member of Harino Care Ltd. since 2016. Like many in the office team, Paula began her journey as a care assistant, where she developed a deep understanding of the hands-on aspects of care. Her exceptional skills and dedication led to her promotion to Care Manager. In her role, Paula primarily focuses on the client’s needs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. She manages medication, liaises with district nurses, and works closely with pharmacies to ensure all client requirements are met promptly and effectively. Gabriel joined Harino Care Ltd. in 2017, starting as a carer. With his education and background in human resources, Gabriel quickly found his niche within the office team and became an integral part of the organization. As the HR Manager, Gabriel is the first point of contact for all employees, ensuring that HR documents are maintained accurately and efficiently. He handles HR-related issues with promptness and professionalism, providing support and guidance to the entire team. Education & Training Manager
Darius is the youngest member of the office team at Harino Care Ltd., joining the organization in 2020. As the Education & Training Manager, Darius brings unmatched energy and dedication to his role. Alongside his training responsibilities, he also works as a Field Care Supervisor, making him the closest point of contact for all carers. His dual role allows him to understand operations from both perspectives, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional care delivery. As an approved trainer, Darius leads every new hire through a thorough training program, ensuring that all skills meet the required standards. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail guarantee that every team member is well-prepared for their role. Despite his busy schedule, Darius always finds time for a chat, offering support and advice to anyone who needs it. His dynamic approach, boundless energy, and approachable nature make him an invaluable asset to the Harino Care team.

Martin joined the family business in 2016. Starting as Fleet Manager, Martin’s dedication and expertise earned him the position of Director. Together with his father, he oversees the entire operation of the company, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Martin remains actively involved in managing the company’s fleet and accommodations, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards. Additionally, he handles all technical aspects of the company, providing innovative solutions to challenges as they arise. Known for his approachable nature, Martin’s door is always open to team members seeking advice or assistance. His hands-on approach and commitment make him an indispensable part of Harino Care’s leadership team.

Peter founded Harino Group in 2013 and became a full-time Director in 2015, just six months after it became fully operational. With a background as an IT Security Engineer and Consultant at NTT Security, Petr leveraged his technical expertise and passion for innovation to implement a suite of applications designed to enhance the Group's financial and operational compliance and efficiency. As Director, Petr oversees the group's strategic planning and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. His leadership reflects a commitment to innovation and precision, driving Harino Group's success in a competitive market.
Payroll Manager
Barbara is one of the two founders of Harino Care. With her experience in the care sector, she inspired Peter to establish their own healthcare company. As the first CQC Registered Manager, she played a crucial role in setting high standards for the business. After a few years and starting a family, she stepped back from management but continues to be an essential part of the company, handling payroll. Without her dedication and expertise, Harino Care would not exist.
Field Care Supervisor
Paraschiva is the heart of Harino Care in the field. As a dedicated Field Care Supervisor and one of the longest-serving employees, she ensures the highest standards of care with precision and professionalism. Always bringing positivity, a warm smile, and a refreshing sense of humor, she uplifts both colleagues and clients alike.
